Eligibility for Refunds

  1. Standard Products:

    • Standard products are eligible for a refund if returned within 7 days of delivery.
    • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  2. Custom-Made Products:

    • Custom-made products are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
    • Any customization or personalization fees are non-refundable.

Refund Process

  1. Initiating a Refund:

    • Contact our customer support team at sales@dollsm.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product if it is defective or damaged.
  2. Return Authorization:

    • Once your refund request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
    • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  3. Inspection and Refund:

    • Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria.
    • If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. This includes intimate products and custom-made items.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sales@dollsm.com. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
